The types of wire tighteners are: tiger head wire tightener, curved tooth wire tightener, iron wire tightener, double hook wire tightener, multi-functional wire tightener, triangular wire tightener and Japanese wire clamp.

    Multifunctional thread tightener: it comprises a thread clamping part and a thread tightening part, which is characterized in that its thread tightening part is equipped with a toothed wheel and a reversing hook engaged with the toothed wheel in addition to a ratchet wheel on the central shaft.
