    Application

    Shackles include general lifting shackles, marine shackles and ordinary shackles. The weight is heavy and the volume is large. Generally, it is not installed in the position where it is not often disassembled. When selecting shackles, attention should be paid to the safety factor, which is generally 4 times, 6 times and 8 times. The rated load must be strictly observed when the shackle is used. Excessive frequent use and overload use are not allowed.
    1. The shackle shall be smooth and flat without cracks, sharp edges, overburning and other defects.
    2. Cast iron or cast steel shackles are strictly prohibited. The buckle body can be forged with killed steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after bar forging.
    3. The shackle shall not be drilled or repaired by welding. After the buckle body and shaft pin are permanently deformed, they shall not be repaired.
    4. When in use, the buckle body and bolt shall be checked to avoid serious wear, deformation and fatigue crack.
    5. When in use, the transverse spacing shall not be subject to tension, and the shaft pin must be inserted with a safety pin.
    6. After the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the width of the buckle body shall not be significantly reduced, and the thread connection shall be good.
    7. The use of shackles shall not exceed the specified safe load.
