1.The hoist should be installed in a flat and solid place with a good view. The connection between the fuselage and the ground anchor must be firm. The centerline of the hoist barrel and the guide pulley should correspond vertically. The distance between the hoist and the derrick pulley should generally not be less than 15m.
2.Before the operation, check the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety wheel, body moving pulley, etc. to confirm the safe and reliable operation. Check whether there is friction between the wire rope and the derrick.
3.The steel wire ropes must be neatly arranged on the drum. During the operation, the steel wire rope of the drum must be kept at least three circles. No one is allowed to cross the steel wire rope of the hoist during the operation.
4.When lifting heavy objects and need to stay in the air, in addition to using the brake, the gear safety card should be used.
5.The operator must hold a certificate to work, and it is strictly forbidden to operate without a certificate, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the job without authorization during working hours.
6.Follow the commander’s signal during work. When the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended, and the operation can be continued after the situation is clarified.
7.If there is a sudden power failure during operation, the knife should be opened immediately and the transported objects should be put down.
8.After the work is completed, the material tray should be placed on the ground and the electric box should be locked.
