2. The travel switch is used as a safety limit and cannot be used in place of the work switch.
3. When the crane is lifting, the staff upstairs and downstairs must cooperate closely, and it is strictly forbidden to stand down with heavy objects during the crane process.
Maintenance of small single-column cranes:
1. When using the crane, it is recommended to release all the wire ropes, and use the movable pulley to wrap the wire rope once under load.
2. The winding of the steel wire rope should be arranged neatly, densely and closely, and its wear and tear should be checked frequently. If there is any problem, it should be replaced immediately.
3. When the motor brake stops and slides, the fan cover and fan blades can be removed. Open the back cover and place an appropriate gasket under the automatic spring.
4. After the crane has been used for a total of 500 hours, it should be maintained once, clean up the dirt, replenish the grease, and adjust the fastening bolts.
