1. Harm to motor

That is, the current through the motor is large and small, light to reduce the speed of the motor, its own overheating, noise increases and even abnormal sound, heavy may blow the fuse or damage the motor coil.

2. Damage to wire rope

The friction between the wire guide and the wire rope increases due to the compression between the wire rope guide and the wire rope, resulting in the wear and extrusion deformation of the wire rope. When the rope guide is damaged, the wire rope is easy to disgorge disorder, reduce its service life.

3. Wear of the hook When the load of the inclined crane is in the air, the load is bound to swing. When the swing amplitude is large, the sling loop chain or the rope sleeve of the sling wire rope will produce repeated slip phenomenon in the dangerous section of the hook hook hanging. When decoupling, the rope will also produce friction with the hook, over time will accelerate the dangerous section of the hook wear, reduce its service life.
