① Each mechanism should adopt a double drive mode. When one drive device fails, the other drive device can continue to drive the whole machine to prevent the molten metal from solidifying in the metal bag during shutdown;
② Each mechanism should adopt a double braking method. When the first brake fails, the second brake will act to ensure that the braking function can continue;
③Because of working at high temperature, the insulation level of the motor and main electrical appliances must reach H level or above (the allowable working temperature is 180℃, while the allowable working temperature of F class is 155℃, the allowable working temperature of B class is 130℃, and the allowable working temperature of E class is 130℃. The temperature is 120°C, the allowable working temperature of class A is 105°C, and the allowable working temperature of class Y is 900°C);
④The working level of each institution shall not be lower than M6;
⑤The core of steel wire rope must be asbestos core.
