When we use the mini jib crane, we do not know what the reason is, which causes the equipment to shake to varying degrees when it is lifted. There are many reasons for the shaking of the cantilever crane when it is lifted. What is the cause?
1. The lubricating effect of the chute in the boom becomes poor, which makes it difficult to extend or retract the boom when the crane lifts the goods, which brings a lot of pressure to the equipment and causes shaking. Therefore, we usually need to carry out maintenance work on the mini truck crane to avoid the occurrence of rust on the inner slide of the boom.
2. When the load exceeds the applicable maximum weight, the mini crane will cause vibration during the shrinkage process. Another situation is that due to the substandard process accuracy of the mini truck crane, the weighing capacity is reduced, resulting in a discrepancy between the actual weighing capacity and the description and overload caused by errors during use.
3.Continue to use the sliding arm when it is damaged. The weight of the goods when the mini truck crane extends the arm will cause shake. If the resistance friction is too large during recycling, the shake will be more serious.
4.The boom of the mini truck crane is manually extended and retracted by the motor and the wire rope pulley. When the boom is fully extended, due to the principle of the lever, the lifting capacity is slightly reduced, so that if the cargo is lifted according to the lifting weight without telescopic, it will bring pressure to the entire truck crane and cause shake.
